The database containing information related to employees and other individuals is the responsibility of Suministros Industriales Potosinos, S.A. de C.V., a legal entity duly incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States as a variable-capital corporation. Its corporate purpose is the operation of an inland cargo terminal, with its registered address at Eje 120 No. 595, Industrial Zone, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.

Suministros Industriales Potosinos, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for ensuring the proper protection and use of any personal data it obtains. Likewise, all information is appropriately safeguarded according to the administrative, technical, and physical security measures established by applicable law, in order to protect it from possible damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.
